| The church website notes the tenor as 17-2-16 and the 5th as 7-2-26 although the parish don't know where those weights came from. Whitechapel Bell Foundry in 1984 reported the 5th to be 9 cwt approx and the tenor as 17-2-0 approx. It is not clear whether any of the non-1896 bells were weighed, but there is certainly no reference to weight in the 1984 Whitechapel archive. |

c.1350 2 bells cast by John Kebyll which eventually formed 3 and 4 of 6. 1619 Tenor cast by Joseph Hatch. 1701 Treble of 6 cast by Richard Phelps. 1802 2 and 5 of 6 cast by Thomas Mears I. 1896 The 4 and 5 of the ring of 6 were recast by Mears & Stainbank who also cast two trebles to augment the ring to 8. The bells were rehung by T Blackbourne of Salisbury in a new iron frame. 1973 Bells rehung by Whitechapel in the existing frame and first rung again on 24th June (patronal festival). 2002 The KCACR provided some advice and work regarding the clappers.
